Therapeutic Residential Care Worker
The Berry Street Residential Care Program provides accommodation, top-tier physical and emotional care, and unwavering support to children and young people aged 10 to 17. The program aims to reduce problem behaviors, increase pro-social behaviors, and foster independence.
The role requires resilience, compassion, and a commitment to the growth and well-being of young people who have endured trauma, neglect, and abuse. Staff work collaboratively within a dedicated team to deliver high-quality therapeutic care, implementing current best practice interventions and program guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality therapeutic care in a residential setting.
* Implement current best practice interventions and program guidelines.
* Foster independence and encourage pro-social behaviors in young people.
* Manage household duties and provide nutritious meals.
Requirements:
* Cert IV in Child, Youth & Family Intervention or equivalent qualification.
* Driver’s license (minimum green P’s).
* Mandatory upskilling units as required by Department of Families, Fairness and Housing.
