The Opportunity
Reporting to the Franchise Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting franchisees where it matters most - in their bakeries.
This is a highly hands‐on, field‐based role. You will work side‐by‐side with franchisees and their teams to lift standards, build capability and drive performance.
You will help:
* Elevate operational standards and execution
* Enhance store presentation, merchandising and customer experience
* Build team capability through coaching and support
* Identify opportunities to improve sales, efficiency and profitability
This isn't a desk job, it's about rolling up your sleeves, building trusted relationships, and creating real, lasting improvements.

What You'll Be Doing
* Providing hands‐on operational support and in‐store coaching
* Supporting improvements in standards, execution and customer experience
* Enhancing merchandising, product quality and store presentation
* Coaching franchisees and teams on performance, planning and follow‐through
* Driving improvements across production, waste, labour and efficiency
* Reinforcing brand standards, audits and compliance in a practical, supportive way
* Building strong, trusted relationships with franchisees and their teams
* Following up to ensure actions are embedded and sustained
* Conducting structured in‐bakery visits and tracking progress
About You
This role is ideal for someone early in their operations or leadership career who is ready to step into a dynamic, multi‐site position.
You might currently be a:
* Senior Store Manager or high‐volume Assistant Manager
* Department Manager or Production Manager
* Senior Team Leader ready to broaden your impact
* Single or multi‐site leader looking for your next challenge
You don't need to know everything, what matters most is your drive to learn, grow and make a difference!
What We're Looking For
* Experience in retail, hospitality, food or franchise environments
* A hands‐on, "lead from the front" mindset
* Strong communication and listening skills
* Confidence in coaching, influencing and developing others
* A solid understanding of store standards and what great looks like
* Exposure to key commercial drivers (sales, labour, waste, productivity)
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently on the road
* A growth mindset — curious, coachable and motivated to build your career
* Multi‐site experience is an advantage, but not essential.
