We are seeking a talented and dedicated Postdoctoral Research Fellow to join our dynamic research team. The successful candidate will have a strong research background with relevant publications and a minimum of five years' research experience since PhD.

The role involves conducting high-quality, independent research in one of our six research priority areas: Education and Future Workforce Development, Sports Performance and Community Engagement, Health and Wellbeing Solutions, Community Transformation and Governance, Sustainable Cities, or First Nations Knowledge.

Key responsibilities include:

* Conducting independent research and producing high-quality outputs
* Developing collaborations and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
* Managing research projects and meeting deadlines
* Pursuing research funding and grants
* Fostering innovative and applied research approaches
* Contributing to a positive and inclusive research culture
As part of our research team, you will work collaboratively with other researchers to achieve project goals and outcomes. You will have opportunities to develop your career as a researcher, gain valuable experience in securing research funding, and contribute to the advancement of knowledge in your field.

This is a full-time, fixed-term position for 3 years at Level B. Salary range: $109,392 to $129,902 per annum plus 17% superannuation. You will be part of a supportive and dynamic team that fosters diversity and career development.
