**About Flower Child Cafe**
Flower Child Cafe currently holds three venues in Sydney. We are positioned to offering the best dine in experience that customers are really appreciate it for sharing with their loved ones.
**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Day to day cafe & restaurant operation directly working with the head chef and general manager;
- Great barista experience and knowledge would be a bonus but not essential;
- Recruit new staff, and provide training to existing and/or new staff members;
- Help the company in achieving desired targets and results;
- Make & Approve rosters with an eye of payroll budget (Experience in using Deputy will be great);
- Revenue driven with eyes on labour cost;
- Stock orders for FOH and organising any repairs if necessary;
- Be extremely reliable with high level of commitment, and be able to work on both weekends and any other days when you have to step in;
- Experience in using social media will be great too;
- Have your own transport or otherwise off-street parking or staff rate parking is available at $7 a day
- Previous experience in hospitality industry;
- Great problem solving skills;
- Can do attitude with a strong commitment to the company;
- A passion for food, coffee & hospitality;
- Be professional, punctual and well presented;
- Ability to work in a fast paced atmosphere;
- Can lead and train any type of staff;
- Strong leadership personality;
