What you'll be doing:
As our Inbound/Outbound Warehouse Operator, you'll be the link between production, logistics, and dispatch making sure everything runs smoothly from planning to delivery.
* Coordinate inbound and outbound warehouse operations to meet production and dispatch schedules
* Manage raw material and packaging stock to support weekly and monthly production
* Plan daily dispatch with third‑party logistics providers
* Optimise use of warehouse resources and support on‑time, in‑full delivery
* Coordinate cost‑effective dispatch, including full truck loads and pallet transfers (CHEP/LOSCAM)
* Monitor pallet volumes and report low‑stock or coverage risks
* Maintain workplace health & safety, food safety, GMP and HACCP compliance
* Support continuous improvement, training, and team performance
* Maintain a clean, organised warehouse and dispatch office
* Complete other reasonable duties as directed
What we're looking for:
We're looking for an experienced and motivated warehouse professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment. You'll be highly organised with strong attention to detail, ensuring every dispatch runs smoothly and safely.
You'll also bring:
* Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or similar environment
* Current LF Forklift Licence (gas, high reach and electric)
* Genuine interest in coffee and lean operational practices
* Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to team goals
* Strong communication skills with a professional approach
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
* Well‑developed planning and organisational skills
* Ability to inspect, clean, and maintain equipment and report maintenance issues
