About the Role
As the face of our office, your role is key to creating a warm, professional, and welcoming experience for every client, visitor, and team member. Your daily responsibilities will include:
* Answering and directing incoming phone calls
* Greeting clients and visitors with a professional and friendly attitude
* Managing emails and correspondence
* Assisting with general administrative duties and data entry
* Supporting the sales and property management teams with day-to-day tasks
* Maintaining the presentation of the front office

What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role (real estate experience is a plus)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Well-presented with a professional phone manner
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
* A team player with a can-do attitude
