We're a hospitality tech SaaS platform helping restaurants, cafes, and multi-site brands run their own online ordering, loyalty, and operations. We're growing quickly across Australia, New Zealand, and the United States, and we're investing heavily in marketing to match our product momentum.
What You'll Do
You'll be responsible for building and executing marketing that attracts new restaurant operators and keeps our existing customers engaged, informed, and growing with us.
Your primary focus will be owning our customer communications - email marketing, lifecycle flows, and social content - ensuring our customers are getting the most out of our platform and feel connected to our brand. Alongside this, you'll work on broader marketing initiatives to support pipeline growth and brand awareness.
Day to day, this looks like planning and publishing content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, writing and managing email campaigns and automation flows, planning monthly and quarterly marketing calendars, and collaborating with Sales and Product on launches and campaigns. You'll build reporting dashboards and report on performance so we can move quickly on what's working.
About You
You have 3-6+ years of experience in SaaS or B2B marketing and a strong track record in email marketing, content creation, and copywriting. You understand funnels and lifecycle marketing, know how to prioritise and deliver in a fast-moving environment, and are comfortable working with designers, agencies, or freelancers when needed. Experience marketing to SMBs or hospitality businesses is a bonus.
