Provide compassionate support and care to our elderly clients in their own homes.
As a Support and Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing domestic and social support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders eligible aged members. Your role will involve assisting with general client care, including personal care, domestic assistance, social support, respite, meals, and transport activities.
You will work sensitively and effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders, respecting their traditional culture, values, and personal ways of doing things.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with general client care, including personal care, domestic assistance, social support, respite, meals, and transport activities
* Encourage and support the independence of our Elders to remain in their own home
* Provide a tailored service to our clients in line with their care plan
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A current C Class Drivers Licence (QLD)
* A current Criminal History Check
* A reliable vehicle with proof of registration
* A valid NDIS Worker Screening Check (willing to obtain)
* A Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support / Community Care
