**Optimize Vehicle Supply and Demand**

**About this Role**
As an intern in Sales Planning and Order Management, you will work closely with the Sales Planning & Order Management Lead to optimize vehicle planning, forecasting, and order management processes.
This role offers hands-on experience in coordinating supply and demand, working with commercial, operational, and global sales teams to contribute to strategic business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Assist in preparing and updating the monthly car flow plan, including sales, production, vehicle arrivals, and stock supply across model and engine variants.
2. Support the Commercial Sales Team with data entry and analysis for new vehicle sales planning and monthly sales volume submissions.
3. Help align production volumes with the Global Order-to-Delivery team to support inventory optimization.
4. Contribute to weekly sales forecasts by gathering data and identifying trends or risks.
5. Provide support for ad hoc sales reporting and data compilation for strategic decision-making.
6. Assist in developing and maintaining files and tools to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
7. Conduct analysis on inventory sell-down trends and order cancellations to support inventory management and sales strategies.
**Order Management**
1. Assist in managing vehicle orders within production quotas, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. Support analysis of order trends (by model, engine, pack, options) to enhance vehicle profitability.
3. Provide administrative support for vehicle sourcing and order processing for departments such as Marketing, Press, and Internal Fleets.
**Requirements**:
- Preferred experience in the vehicle, sales, and planning environment OR a current enrollment in a degree program in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Sound knowledge of Power BI, Qlik and database usage.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Analytical mindset with an interest in problem-solving and operational processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) at an intermediate level.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to team goals.
