We are currently welcoming applications for a Store Manager position in the South Geelong area. Enthusiastic and customer focused Managers with relevant past experience and a desire to succeed are invited to apply.
The successful applicant will report to the Operations Team and be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day performance and operation of the store. Tasks will include stock control, rostering management, employee development, meeting KPI's and financial reporting.
The successful applicant must have:
* Strong communication skills both verbal and written
* Exemplary customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic team environment
* Self-motivation with the ability to prioritize tasks
* Extensive experience in managing budgets and maximizing profits
* Commitment to lead, manage and mentor a dynamic team
* Relevant Management and Supermarket experience
* Ability to maintain a safe working environment for our team and customers
* Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster as required
* Current police check (or willingness to obtain)
