The division also performs an important internal role for the Group by providing equities, markets, lending and transaction banking execution capabilities to other CBA business units that allows them to capture opportunities with business customers. They are responsible for the delivery of Interest Rate and Foreign Exchange risk management products to our Australian-based corporate clients. You will contribute to the provision and execution of foreign exchange and/or interest rate risk management products to relevant corporate clients, in close collaboration with key IB&M business partners. This position is to lead Global Markets Sales relationships with allocated clients to deliver client centric risk management solutions across IB&M's product/capability suite; contribute to leading the Sales team Further responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Contribute to identifying and developing client centric and commercial strategic opportunities and business plans for achieving IB&M and client goals and objectives; contribute ideas and options to develop or align with the GM Sales strategy Drive the effective and efficient delivery of performance outcomes for allocated clients (Revenue, Risk, NPAT, and Profit after Capital Charge) in accordance to plan, CBA values and risk framework; managing resources and monitoring performance Develop and continually improve people, process and structures to build a sustainable and adaptive franchise Understand and develop strategic, long term stakeholder relationships and influence and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders (including client counterparts; GM and IB&M functional colleagues) to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes Understand IB&M's product and solutions capabilities and contribute to their continuous development and improvement Develop deep understanding of the dynamics influencing allocated clients to continually anticipate and adapt to changing client and environment needs We’re interested in hearing from people who have: Strong in-depth knowledge of Derivative Risk Solutions Strong understanding of regulatory, fiscal and central bank policies and implementation thereof. Analytical with strong problem solving, numerical and verbal reasoning skills Strong influencing, written & verbal communication skills, including potential media exposure. Team-orientated attitude is essential. As is the ability to work independently. Proven commitment to comply with regulations, policies and process Tertiary qualifications in finance, commerce, mathematics, or economics (preferably honours or above).
