About us
At Felix, we're passionate about transforming how teams around the world engage with their supply chains. Our customers deliver high-stakes, high-complexity infrastructure and civil projects, building and maintaining critical assets in mining, utilities, and resources sectors. In these industries, compliance and risk clarity aren't optional. When a single supplier failure can jeopardise multi-billion-dollar projects, the way you find, onboard, and select suppliers becomes not just important - it's core to operations.
We help teams centralise supplier data to drive clarity in procurement decisions and compliance, reduce onboarding time, and award contracts to the right suppliers without compromising due diligence.
The role
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the Vendor Relationship Management (VRM) stream within the Felix suite. In this role, you will shape and deliver the core experiences that define how businesses onboard suppliers, manage ongoing engagement, and build institutional knowledge across their supplier relationships.
Reporting to the Head of Product, you will work closely with design, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to champion user needs, actively drive initiatives from ideation through GTM, and contribute to the ongoing direction of Felix as a product.
More about what you'll do
Deeply understand our users, their goals, problems, journeys and jobs to be done. Be their voice and advocate, bringing focus and context across the whole organisation.
Partner with design and engineering to identify, explore, and validate problems worth solving, using qualitative and quantitative insights.
Drive product features from ideation to launch, collaborating with designers, engineers, and cross-functional partners.
Craft crisp product specifications and lead the effort on executing them. Support engineers and QA specialists with product and user knowledge, helping to remove obstacles to shipping and deliver the best experience to users.
Own key metrics within your work stream, know what success for the product looks like and how to measure it. Continuously track progress and uncover insights to guide the most impactful product decisions.
Be the subject matter expert on your key area, supporting marketing, sales, customer success and other teams with product knowledge and alignment.
About you
You have 4+ years of experience as a product manager or related role at a B2B SaaS company and have a proven track record of successfully launching new products or initiatives.
You bring a strong delivery mindset and are able to drive initiatives through to completion, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business priorities.
You excel at breaking problems into their parts, analysing facts and data, collecting unknowns and synthesising them into concepts.
You are proficient working with data analytics tools and can use SQL to interrogate data.
You are a self-starter with roll-up-your-sleeves mindset, comfortable dealing with a high level of ambiguity and an ever-changing environment.
You are a skilled communicator who can lead, empower and influence a diverse group of people from multidisciplinary backgrounds; you enjoy being a conduit of information and can efficiently break barriers between technical teams, clients, users and business stakeholders.
