Field Service Supervisor

As a Field Service Supervisor, you'll oversee a skilled team maintaining and servicing high-value mechanical, air and power systems across a range of industries. Based at our Chipping Norton facility and supporting operations across key customer sites, this is a chance to work hands-on with advanced technology while leading teams in a dynamic, high-profile environment.

About the job:

* Lead and mentor field service technicians carrying out in-service maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on a variety of mechanical, air and power systems.
* Supervise scheduled and emergent maintenance tasks, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance standards are always achieved.
* Plan, allocate, and coordinate resources across multiple projects to meet contractual and operational requirements.
* Act as the key technical link between Penske Field Service teams, internal stakeholders, and major customers.
* Prepare and submit quotations for scheduled and unscheduled works, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Manage technical documentation, contractual compliance, and reporting requirements.
* Strengthen client relationships and help grow Penske's service capability.
* Contribute to branch success by supporting day-to-day Service and Parts departmental activities.


About you:

* Trade or technical qualifications with solid experience in heavy equipment, rotating machinery, or related mechanical systems.
* Proven leadership and supervisory skills in field service or workshop environments.
* Strong hands-on knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, or power systems.
* Ability to mentor and guide technicians, troubleshoot complex technical challenges, and drive high team performance.
* Excellent customer focus and the confidence to engage with key stakeholders at all levels.
* Sound understanding of quality assurance, compliance, and reporting requirements.
* Knowledge of WHS, ISO Quality Management, and Environmental Policies.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Project).
* Eligibility to obtain necessary clearances and work in secure environments.
