Job Overview
Personal Carer – Permanent part‐time position at Bundaberg Pioneer Aged Care Facility.
Remuneration: $36.32 per hour plus superannuation, salary packaging, penalties & allowances, and employee discounts.
Roster: Must be available for all shifts—mornings (6am‐2:30pm), afternoons (2pm‐10:30pm), nights (10pm‐6:30am), including every second weekend.
Responsibilities
* Assist residents with daily living activities including showering, personal hygiene, meal times, and general mobility.
* Provide care in accordance with individualised Care Plans.
* Support residents with community‐based recreational and social activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability Support, or an equivalent qualification.
* Experience with technology such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
* Ability to satisfy the probity checks required by legislation or policies.
* NDIS worker screening clearance or willingness to obtain it.
