We're looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide essential clerical and administrative services within a designated clinical service area.
In this role, you will manage client information, facilitate smooth communication between the ward/unit and other services, and deliver outstanding support to staff, medical practitioners, clients, and their families.
You will play a vital role in the administrative management structure, providing key assistance to senior nursing staff and contributing to the efficient operation of the service.

What We're Looking For: Demonstrated experience in the provision of a clerical/administrative support service, including the maintenance of records and systems.
Demonstrated experience in office procedures and office equipment (, printers, facsimile, etc).
Demonstrated experience in the use of computer-based resources (, email, Excel, data entry).
