**About Your Role**:
**Nura Care** has opportunities available across Logan, Brisbane, Toowoomba, Sunshine Coast suburbs.
**Responsibilities Include**:
- Providing **Personal Care** assistance, including hygiene and grooming.
- Supporting participants with **Domestic Services** like cleaning, cooking, and gardening.
- Offering **Social Support**, helping participants engage in community activities.
- Assisting with **Transport**, ensuring participants can attend appointments and community activities.
- Working within a **Person-Centered Framework**, focusing on the individual's goals and needs.
- Supporting participants in line with the **NDIS Framework**.
**Essential Requirements**:
- **Excellent Communication Skills**.
- **Right to work in Australia.** (mandatory)
- **Certificate III in Individual Support or Disability Support** (preferred).
- **COVID-19 Vaccination Proof**.
- **NDIS Worker Screening Check.** (mandatory)
- **Working with Children Check** **.** (mandatory)
- **National Police Check**.
- **First Aid Certificate** (mandatory).
- **Valid Driver's License and personal vehicle** (preferred).
