Your Role
* Lead, coach, and inspire your team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
* Drive a high‑performance culture through training, motivation, and ongoing development.
* Oversee daily store operations, including stock managementન્ટ, visual merchandising, and wage control.
* Monitor store performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver strong commercial results.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
* Recruit, develop, and mentor future retail leaders.
About You

* Proven experience as a Retail Manager in a high‑volume setting.
