Responsibilities
Learn to Swim Instructor Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, engaging, and fun swimming lessons that meet program expectations.
- Create a secure and enjoyable learning setting for all students.
- Help students enhance their water safety knowledge and skills.
- Assist in the development of new and existing swim programs.
- Conduct student evaluations with precision and accuracy.
Pool Lifeguard Responsibilities
- Keep a close watch on the pool area, anticipating and swiftly responding to potential risks.
- Administer first-aid and resuscitation when needed.
- Ensure everyone follows the facility rules while promoting safe aquatic practices.
- Take proactive measures to guarantee the safety and well-being of patrons and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service, address questions, and complete daily checklists.

Essential Qualifications
- Learn to Swim and/or Lifeguard Certificate
- Working with Children Blue Card
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
- Desirable: Teacher of Babies and Toddlers and Teacher of Learners with a Disability certifications
