EXPERIENCED CLEANER & EXPANSION MANAGER WANTED
We are seeking an experienced Cleaner & Expansion Manager to join our growing team.

About the Role
You will be responsible for growing our presence in the Colac region, including sourcing new clients and assisting with local advertising.
We specialise in:
* Standard residential cleaning (fortnightly and monthly clients)
* End-of-lease cleaning
All equipment and products will be supplied. However, you must have your own reliable vehicle to travel between jobs.
This is a casual position, with work typically available Monday to Friday between 9:00am – 5:00pm.

* Previous experience managing or operating a residential cleaning business
* Strong initiative and creative ideas for sourcing new clients
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Excellent customer service and communication skills

This role involves a high level of responsibility, as you will be managing operations in the Colac region. We are therefore looking for someone reliable, trustworthy, and motivated.
Step 1: Submit your application

Step 3: In-person meeting – present your ideas for client growth and allow us to get to know you better
Step 4: Trial clean (paid if successful) – complete a standard clean in one of our existing clients’ homes. We will assess quality, efficiency, and client feedback
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $37.00 – $45.00 per hour
