About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join a major telco network transformation program, supporting the shift from legacy infrastructure to next‐generation network capabilities. This role works closely with network engineering teams and is heavily focused on Operational Support Systems (OSS). It's ideal for someone who already understands how telco networks operate end‐to‐end and can translate complex technical requirements into actionable system changes.
Key Responsibilities
* Translate network engineering requirements into detailed OSS system and process changes.
* Collaborate with engineers on:
o Fault management enhancements
o Network performance and visibility improvements
o Service provisioning and activation workflows
* Document process flows, system interactions, and data flows across OSS platforms.
* Support configuration, provisioning, and network device management activities.
* Contribute to the transition from legacy network technologies to next‐generation network environments.
* Act as a technical bridge between engineering teams and delivery teams.
Required Skills & Experience
* Strong telco domain knowledge, including:
o HFC (Hybrid Fibre Coaxial)
o Backbone/core network architecture
o Switching and routing fundamentals
* Hands‐on experience with OSS platforms (fault, performance, configuration, provisioning).
* Understanding of how networks function beyond systems and processes.
* Experience working closely with network engineering or network operations teams.
* Strong documentation skills across process, system, and data flows.
* Prior experience with major telcos is highly desirable.
