Job Description:
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a Senior Program Management Officer to join the Program Quality and Assurance Management team within the organization. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial part in maintaining oversight of the program and ensuring it delivers outcomes that meet the strategic goals of the agency.
The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to use the appropriate medium to convey messages to a wide range of audiences. They will also possess strategy review and development capabilities, analysis and investigative skills, research skills, and experience working effectively in a team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintaining oversight of the program and ensuring it delivers outcomes that meet the strategic goals of the agency
* Developing and implementing fit-for-purpose governance, assurance, and quality management strategies
* Supporting the Assistant Director in developing and maintaining these strategies
* Researching and benchmarking better-practice approaches to ensure the program adheres to agreed processes and practices
* Providing professional advice to support and advise other teams and senior executives on existing protocols and areas for continuous improvement
