As a key member of our dynamic team, this role involves coordinating the delivery and installation of office furniture, toilet/shower partitions, lockers, etc for various projects.
About the Role
We foster collaborative relationships with our clients to meet their needs. As a result, you may be required to assist with administrative tasks across other departments. You will also have the opportunity to develop new skills and progress internally.
* Act as an internal representative for clients, providing exceptional customer service, reporting progress, and communicating updated ETA's.
* Assist in preparing relevant documents, including JSA and SWMS.
* Efficiently use project management software.
* Contribute to achieving team KPI targets for quality, safety, productivity, and efficiency.
* Travel to sites and other business locations.
* Conduct site measures.
* Assist with effective handovers and ensure all project management activities are completed efficiently.
