An exciting role has opened up for a passionate and driven Sous Chef to join our Ground Floor Bistro team. We are seeking a motivated and ambitious chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can consistently produce high-quality dishes with efficiency and care.
We're looking for an industry professional who is:
* Trade qualified
* Absolutely passionate about food and modern bistro dining
* Confident producing high-volume meals while maintaining quality
* Experienced in kitchen management, including supporting stock control, maintaining prep systems, ensuring food safety compliance, and assisting in leading a cohesive team
* Able to support the Head Chef with day-to-day operations and contribute to a smooth, efficient kitchen.
* A strong communicator who contributes positively to our can-do team culture
