Mental Health Recovery Support Specialist
At the core of our services is a commitment to supporting individuals on their mental health journeys. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in helping individuals navigate mental distress and achieve their recovery goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals navigating mental health challenges
* Help with daily life skills such as budgeting, cooking, and transport planning
* Support individuals in crisis situations with empathy and calmness
* Log notes and participate in team meetings to ensure seamless support
* Collaborate with family members to understand the recovery journey
We are looking for someone who:
* Has a Cert IV in Mental Health or similar experience
* Is emotionally intelligent and values teamwork
* Can provide support in challenging moments
* Understands recovery-oriented practice
* Has a current driver's licence and relevant checks
