As our Strategic Planning Manager, you'll be at the heart of this transformation; ensuring our production engine runs with precision, agility, and excellence.

What You'll Do:
* Translate Sales into Action: Turn commercial forecasts into efficient, scalable production and supply plans that span from suppliers to customers.
* Lead Strategic Projects: Be a key stakeholder in the global launch of our restaged brand portfolio bringing marketing vision to life in finished goods.
* Own the S&OP Process: Drive alignment across sales, marketing, finance, and production through robust planning and cross-functional collaboration.
* Optimise Inventory: Manage packaging and finished goods stock to balance risk, cost, and responsiveness.
* Champion Continuous Improvement: Elevate how we work through smarter processes, sharper reporting, and data-driven decision-making.

Who You Are:
* A strategic thinker with a bias for action, strong analytical skills and a knack for turning complexity into clarity.
* A hands-on leader who rolls up their sleeves to get the right things done.
* Experienced in supply chain, project management, production planning, or S&OP in FMCG, luxury goods, or spirits.
* A natural collaborator who thrives in cross-functional environments, nurturing and delivering value from our supply partners and 3rd party services.
* Passionate about quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
