As the Demi Chef in Nineteen, you will be given the responsibility of supporting the leadership team to assist with motivating the team, always ensuring consistency in high quality product and service standards.
A few of your responsibilities:
* Monitors stock levels
* Ensure the quality and consistency of all food leaving the kitchen
* Mentor and develop the Commis' and Apprentice Chefs in the brigade
What are we looking for:
* Chef experience required in a 5-star environment or large restaurant
* Full work rights and flexible availability over a 7-day roster
* Experience driving quality and consistency, with a passion for a diverse range of food and a keen desire for continuous learning
* Previous experience with quality control in production and preservation
* Ability to ensure a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the kitchens
