About the Role:
Epic IT is a dynamic Managed Service Provider dedicated to delivering innovative technology solutions. We are embarking on an exciting new journey to bring the power of Artificial Intelligence, including Microsoft Co-pilot and other AI integrations, to our diverse client base. This is a unique opportunity to be a foundational member of our new AI practice, shaping how we help businesses harness intelligent automation.
We are seeking a motivated and versatile Business Analyst/Developer to spearhead these initiatives. You will be instrumental in identifying client needs, designing intelligent solutions, and developing/integrating AI and automation tools to drive significant business value.
What you'll do:
* Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and opportunities for AI and automation.
* Analyze client requirements and design innovative solutions leveraging Microsoft Co-pilot, Power Automate, and other AI technologies.
* Develop, configure, and deploy solutions, including custom integrations with CRM or ERP systems.
* Drive the integration of AI tools to enhance client workflows, improve decision-making, and boost productivity.
* Create and maintain documentation for solutions, including business requirements, process flows, and technical specifications.
* Provide training and support to clients on newly implemented AI and automation solutions.
* Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem, and identify new opportunities for our clients.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
* Proven experience in a role blending business analysis and development.
* Demonstrable experience with CRM or ERP system development, customization, or integration.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate and experience leveraging other Microsoft services (e.g., Power Apps, Logic Apps, Azure AI services) to deliver business efficiencies.
* Experience with or a strong, demonstrable aptitude for AI integration and development concepts. Enthusiasm for learning and applying new AI technologies like Microsoft Co-pilot is key.
* Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200) certification.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
* Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
* A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and pioneer new solutions.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
* Specific hands-on experience integrating Microsoft Co-pilot.
* Broader exposure to machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), or other AI disciplines.
* Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or consulting environment.
* Additional relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., AI-900, PL-400, MB-200 series).
