S2M is currently working with a specialized digital marketing agency and we are recruiting for a Digital Marketing Business Development Manager to join their growing team and play a vital role in driving new business opportunities. In this role, you will closely work with marketing and fulfillment teams to ensure seamless execution and client success. What You’ll Do: Outbound Prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients through email, phone, and social media. Lead Management: Respond to and nurture inbound leads, guiding them through the sales funnel. Referral Partnerships: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to generate high-quality leads. Sales Performance: Meet or exceed targets, closing targets in recurring revenue monthly and building a new business pipeline. What We’re Looking For: At least 2 years in a business development role within the digital marketing industry. Strong understanding of email marketing, SEO, and paid media strategies as well as experience using platforms like HubSpot to track and manage leads. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and hit key targets whilst also being proactive in identifying challenges and finding solutions.
