We are currently seeking a skilled Multimedia Editor and Videographer to join our team in creating exceptional video content for our online courses. In this role, you will be responsible for shooting, editing, and producing high-quality videos that align with the educational objectives and brand standards of OES.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the Learning Design team to understand the learning objectives and requirements for each video project
- Plan and execute video shoots, including lighting, audio, and camera setup
- Edit and post-produce videos, ensuring visual and audio quality, smooth transitions, and adherence to brand guidelines
- Create motion graphics, animations, and other visual elements to enhance video content
- Manage video assets, including storage, organization, and version control
- Stay up-to-date with video editing and production techniques, as well as emerging trends in multimedia
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a multimedia editor and videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your video production and editing skills
- Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
- Excellent understanding of camera work, lighting techniques, and audio recording
- Strong creative and storytelling abilities, with an eye for detail and aesthetics
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with online learning platforms and experience in educational video production is a plus
