About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this is a pivotal senior leadership role with full accountability for operational performance, culture, compliance and financial outcomes across SA and NT.
Leading a team of Regional Managers and Service Directors, you will operate as both a people-focused leader and a strong commercial operator, thriving in a highly regulated, distributed environment.
You will be responsible for:
Setting and delivering the strategic vision for the SA/NT portfolio aligned to Camp Australia's national strategy
Driving consistent, high-quality and compliant service delivery across a large network of services
Owning full P&L accountability, including budgets, cost control and growth initiatives
Leading cultural and behavioural change to build high-performing, engaged and accountable teams
Strengthening partnerships with schools, regulators, government bodies and sector stakeholders
Supporting growth through new service wins, retention and increased attendance
Acting as a senior escalation point for service, risk and compliance matters

About You
You are a confident, values-led senior leader with a proven track record in complex operational environments.
You bring:
5+ years' experience in a senior operations leadership role (education, OSHC, childcare or similar highly regulated sector)
Strong P&L and commercial acumen
Deep understanding of education and child-related regulatory frameworks
Demonstrated success in leading large, dispersed teams through change
The credibility and maturity to engage with senior stakeholders and regulators
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Education or a related discipline
You balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and are known for your integrity, resilience and ability to bring people with you on the journey.
