You will be provided with leads generated by company marketing strategies and will be expected to follow up on new enquiries to convert to new home sale contracts.
Responsibilities include:
- Generating referral sales from existing customers and your own network
- Updating and maintaining sales data
- Continuously learning new products and land availability
- Producing home & land packages
- Effective management of customer relations through to the completion of each home

You will be a self-starter with a proven track record in home sales and will be passionate about providing genuine customer satisfaction.
