Solicitor, Real Estate Role Overview
As a highly skilled Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in our national Real Estate practice. You will work closely with industry-leading partners and teams to deliver exceptional results for large local and overseas property developers, investors, government agencies, and real estate funds.
Key Responsibilities
* Act on significant real estate deals in Australia, covering all types of transactions and projects from single assets to multi-jurisdictional portfolio deals and urban regeneration projects across various asset classes.
* Contribute to the exceptional culture of our Brisbane office and the broader market-leading Real Estate practice.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Demonstrable experience in transactional real estate from a leading top or mid-tier, national or boutique specialist firm.
* Admission to practice in Australia or New Zealand.
* Excellent academic record.
* First-class attention to detail and ability to comprehend intricate legal matters.
* Proactive approach and desire to be an integral member of a leading and supportive team.
* Hunger to learn and develop, and to help maintain a market-leading practice.
