About the Role:
We’re seeking a capable Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in running a busy and well-loved store in Carousel. You’ll play a key role in driving sales, leading the team, and maintaining high standards in customer service and store presentation.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting in day-to-day store operations and team leadership
* Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and coaching of team members
* Overseeing stock management, merchandising, and store presentation
* Helping implement sales strategies and analysing performance reports
* Contributing to effective rostering balancing customer needs and team well-being
* Maintaining excellent customer service and operational compliance
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven retail experience with either a supervisory or assistant management background
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to motivate a team
* Customer-focused with attention to store standards
