Job Title: Finance Support Officer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Finance Support Officer. This permanent full-time role reports directly to the Financial Controller and plays a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations.


About the Role

The Finance Support Officer provides hands‑on data entry and administrative support across a wide range of finance functions, including:

* Acknowledging and verifying NDIS service data with utmost care
* Weekly billing preparation and accounts receivable tasks with precision
* Processing supplier invoices and maintaining accurate financial records
* General administrative support to the Finance department
* Assisting with bank reconciliations and occasional payroll data entry

This is a dynamic role where your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will help keep our financial processes running smoothly.


About You

We're looking for someone who brings:

* Strong analytical skills and experience in administration or data entry
* Bookkeeping qualifications (desired) for seamless financial management
* Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Office software suite
* High reliability, organisation, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
