**Your key responsibilities**: - Provide confidential secretarial and executive support in a fast-paced and sensitive working environment. Organise all matters relating to diaries including meetings, travel arrangements, teleconference bookings and seminar attendances. Draft correspondence, briefing notes and other written material as requested. Ensure correspondence is managed and actioned according to departmental procedures and style guides and ensure staff compliance with response timeframes. Monitor budget expenses, perform expenditure reconciliations and collate financial data for financial reports as required. Responsible for records management and act as a contact officer regarding correspondence and records management issues. Build and maintain effective work relationships with departmental colleagues, the Office of the Premier and other agencies across government.
