We have a unique opportunity for a
Recruitment Consultant
with existing market and industry knowledge and the desire to work at an executive level. As a Consultant you will play a fundamental role in establishing a strong foundation and planning recruitment strategies for executive search processes based on the required outcomes of clients. Using your industry knowledge and learning search platforms, you will identify target companies and qualified candidates for our vacancies. This will involve company and candidate research, developing insights and verifying information to provide a list of ready and valuable candidates for the senior consulting team. Other responsibilities will include writing advertisements, phone screening, candidate assessment, building talent pools and developing relationships with candidates.
You will be a naturally confident person, with a people‑centric approach, superior communication skills, a natural organiser and high level of attention to detail. Analytical by nature, you will have experience in commerce, with a strong interest in people, consulting and talent acquisition. We offer personalised onboarding with well‑developed processes and frameworks to set you up for success. You will be mentored by a team of executive search professionals offering the prospect to develop your executive candidate and client interaction skills, build a vast corporate network and develop your personal brand.
