Join our Third Party Care team as a Settlements Advisor where you'll negotiate costs, assess liability, and guide customers through claims. Our Settlements team utilise strong communication skills to effectively negotiate, with other insurance companies, the best outcome on behalf of Youi clients.
About The Role
Full-time and onsite, Monday to Friday, 9-day fortnightly scheduleReview and mitigate costs sent by other insurance companies looking to recover fundsNegotiate with other insurers to find a resolution that works for both companiesLiaise with Youi customers and other third parties at various stages of the claims processGather information, review liability, and use road rules and legal precedents
About You
Knowledge of the insurance claims process is advantageousPrevious experience in debt collection and/or paralegal is highly regardedExcellent negotiation and communication skillsPassion for delivering exceptional customer experiencesConflict resolution expertise with confidenceStrong time management skills and multitasking abilityTeam player mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
