Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead and manage our infrastructure projects.
The successful candidate will have experience in managing project schedules, programmes, stage completions, OH&S, handover and commissioning.
Key responsibilities include:
* Lead and manage project schedules, programmes, stage completions, OH&S, handover and commissioning
* Manage employees and external sub-contractors across multiple sites to achieve project milestones
* Be responsible for management of QA, OH&S and environmental compliance and requirements
* Provide weekly and monthly reporting to the construction manager
* Effectively manage time, resources, labour, suppliers and contractors as per project plan
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A recognised electrical trade qualification
* Project management experience on large commercial and/or industrial projects
* Ability to demonstrate comfort and understanding of large 3-phase installations, complex network and circuitry diagrams
* Experience with High Voltage installations is desirable, but not essential
* Experience with Automation/Control installations is desirable, but not essential
* Ability to prepare quotations for large and small projects
* Ability to work autonomously and within a team to achieve requirements on time and within budget
* Experience managing and exceeding exacting client expectations
* Exemplary communication skills with the ability to respectfully negotiate resolutions when required
* Certifiable computer and IT literacy allowing for multifaceted management practices to be engaged
