Floor Staff
What We’re Looking For:
* Friendly, approachable, and always ready to deliver excellent customer service.
* Able to maintain a clean, tidy, and safe environment for our guests.
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus but not essential – we’ll train you!
* Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
What You’ll Do:
* Greet and serve customers, making sure everyone feels welcome.
* Ensure the floor is organized and well-maintained at all times.
* Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
* Assist in creating a vibrant, friendly atmosphere.
Bar Staff
What We’re Looking For:
* Energetic, personable, and quick on your feet.
* Passion for mixing drinks and creating great experiences.
* Experience in bartending is an advantage but not essential.
* Ability to multitask in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
* A responsible approach to serving alcohol and following legal guidelines.
What You’ll Do:
* Prepare and serve drinks efficiently and professionally.
* Ensure the bar area is clean, stocked, and organized.
* Provide an exceptional experience for customers by offering recommendations and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
* Be part of a lively and supportive team, contributing to the success of the venue.
Gaming Staff
What We’re Looking For:
* Enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and dedicated to providing the best experience to our guests.
* Experience with gaming is a plus, but we’ll provide full training for the right candidate.
* Able to keep a keen eye on the gaming floor while ensuring everything runs smoothly.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to manage customer expectations.
What You’ll Do:
* Oversee gaming operations and assist players to ensure a fun and fair experience.
* Monitor machines, enforce gaming regulations, and ensure everything runs in accordance with venue policies.
* Provide customer support and answer questions related to the gaming experience.
* Work with the gaming team to ensure the gaming floor is tidy, organized, and safe.
