**The job...**
This role requires evidence of your Responsible Service of Alcohol (SA) and a minimum of two years of proven experience in customer service or hospitality. Evidence and references on your customer service skills and food and beverage experience will be required.

- Passionate about hospitality and the overall customer experience
- Have an eye for detail and great presentation and hygiene standards
- Extensive knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
- Comfortable and confident in food service and functions from casual through to high-end dining
- Skilled mixologist who can bring expertise to the team
- Knowledge of relevant work health and safety legislation
- Competent and trustworthy cash handling skills
