Support Australia's largest insurance and dispute resolution firm as a Paralegal, assisting with litigation, legal research, and administration in a leading, award-winning team.
Your role
Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting lawyers in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and correspondence.
* Supporting legal administrative assistants with tasks such as printing, filing, scanning, and meeting room management.
* Conducting legal research and gathering relevant information for cases.
* Managing documents, including filing, organisation, and indexing.
* Liaising with clients, barristers, and court personnel.
* Preparing and organising materials for court appearances and meetings.
* Providing administrative support to the legal team as needed.
* Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
* Performing other duties as assigned.
* Working within the General Liability team in Adelaide, 2–3 days per week.
About you
To be successful in this role, candidates must have:
* Final year status in a relevant degree.
* Full working rights in Australia.
* Paralegal experience is well-regarded but not mandatory.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
