to join our growing Property Law Team, with a focus on residential conveyancing transactions.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparation of residential contracts and disclosure statements
* Acting for clients in residential conveyancing transactions
* PEXA settlement processes
* Signing off on PEXA settlements
* Stamping and registration of documents
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A minimum of 1 year post-qualification experience
* Strong technical skills with excellent attention to detail
* The ability to manage files independently while working collaboratively within a team
* Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills
