About Us
We are a Sydney-based Home Care service provider delivering culturally responsive aged care and in-home support services to diverse communities. We are seeking a motivated and field-active Business Development Officer to support community outreach and client development.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop community partnerships and referral networks
* Conduct outreach activities within Chinese-speaking communities
* Support client acquisition and service coordination
* Liaise with families, care recipients, and partner organisations
* Promote home care services through community channels
* Conduct client visits and field engagement across Sydney
* Assist with market expansion initiatives
* Maintain relationship records and reporting
Essential Requirements
* Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English communication skills (required for community engagement)
* Previous experience in sales, client development, or business development preferred
* Demonstrated access to or experience with China import/export trade networks or business resources highly regarded
* Valid Australian driver licence (required)
* Willingness to travel locally for community and client visits
* Strong work ethic and ability to work in a field-based role
* Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Preferred Attributes
* Experience working with culturally diverse communities
* Background in aged care, community services, or healthcare sectors is an advantage
* Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent aged care qualification) preferred
* Self-motivated and resilient personality suited to an active outreach role
