What You'll Be Doing
* Work collaboratively with CNS staff health to support staff health activities and functions including immunisation.
* Coordinate and undertake the LHDs fit testing schedule.
* Maintain health workers consent records, fit testing results and recommendations.
* Coordinate annual respirator fit testing program.
* Maintain fit testing equipment and consumables to ensure the testing program is not impacted.
* Coordinate reports (written) issued to designated committees and governance bodies.

Qualifications
* Current registration to practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and relevant postgraduate qualifications in the speciality of staff health (Australian Nurse Immuniser Credentialed).
* Relevant postgraduate qualifications in the speciality of staff health (Australian Nurse Immuniser Credentialed) or willingness to work toward them.
* Experience relevant to staff health, including immunisation according to state and local policy, COVID-19 vaccination requirements, exposure management, and health promotion and illness prevention strategies.
* Effective interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, advanced computer skills and use of local and state software programs for data entry.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high performing team with the ability to motivate and coordinate staff.
* Evidence of participation in professional development and commitment to maintaining competence and enhancing skills.
* Current driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout the district, with occasional overnight stays.
