The Company
Vines Restaurant is an integral part of the Hollydene Estate Premium wine producer. Hollydene has been operating since 2003 across three of the oldest vineyards in the Upper Hunter Valley. Vines has been redeveloped on the stunning history across the vineyard, equine and cattle properties.
Located on the new upgraded Golden Highway nested between Coolmore and Darley Thoroughbred Studs overlooking Hunter River and stunning backdrop of the Wollemi National Park. The Upper Hunter is one of the richest and most diverse locations in Australia noted as \"Wine, Mine and Equine\" with Australia's largest equine area, Australia's largest coalmining region, Power Stations, Olive Groves and processing dairy farms and cheese production, cattle and sheep all neighbouring Hollydene. Sitting at the foothills of Barrington Tops and Wollemi National Park with the Hunter River snaking through from the majestic water park of the majestic Glenbawn Dam.
Vines Restaurant overlooking vineyards, lake, gardens and lawns encompasses a 120 seat restaurant supported by 50 seat alfresco, 50 seat barrel function room supported by a modern bar lounge and cellar door with wines and draft beers. Hollydene has established itself as the area's premium multi-function dining location from family day out, casual dining, business lunch's, formal weddings and functions. Vines is an Accredited 457 Visa Sponsor.

The Role
As part of the Hollydene group Vines is fully supported with property, administration, cellar door and marketing staff. Vines have a good local front of house staff and kitchen hands. Your role is to report to the Restaurant Manager and Directors in assisting in the day to day running of a busy restaurant/functions facility.
