What You'll Do
Perform high-quality spray applications of Primers, Sealers, Basecoats, and Clearcoats.
Spray approximately 6 fully prepped RO’s per day, including bumper, six-panel, and two to three-panel jobs, in state-of-the-art Downdraft spray booths.
Work closely with Prep Staff and other Painters to meet team work demands.
Perform invisible basecoat colour blending.
Apply 2- and 3-stage colours.
What You'll Bring
3+ years of automotive collision repair experience with urethane-based refinish systems.
Ability to produce finishes with minimal dirt, consistent gloss, and OEM match without sanding and buffing.
Willingness to work overtime if required.
Any I-Car Australia certification is a plus.
Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record.
Ability to read and understand automotive repair procedures.
Experience with operation and maintenance of various hand and power tools, and test equipment.
Willingness to train others.
Comfortable working in a collision shop environment.
