Job Description
o Work closely with senior management to develop HR strategies that align with the department's goals
o Implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legislation
o Provide advice and guidance on HR-related matters to management and employees
o Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals and reviews
o Manage employee relations and address any issues that may arise
o Coordinate training and development programs for staff
o Prepare HR reports and analyse HR metrics to aid decision-making
The Successful Applicant
A successful Human Resources Business Partner should have:
o A degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
o Previous experience in a HR role within the public sector
o Strong knowledge of HR legislation and best practices
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
o Ability to work well in a team and manage HR projects
o Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions
