This role involves providing pre and post sales customer service to Canon business imaging customers while maintaining their printer fleet.
Responsibilities include:
* Reactive and proactive servicing, upgrading software/firmware, network connectivity, and installation of hardware and software.
* Effectively meeting and exceeding customer needs through productive relationships.
* Assisting other Canon staff to achieve individual and branch targets.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a printer or photocopier technician with knowledge of repairing hardware and software issues in the field.
