Home Sales Professional Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Home Sales Professional to join our team based in the Central Coast Display Suite & Office, with travel opportunities to the Hunter Region & Port Macquarie.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products for building or extending their dream home
* Understand building & design fundamentals, assess different blocks and building requirements for feasibility of KDR projects
* Generate and follow up on leads to convert into sales
* Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
* Build external referral relationships with developers and real estate agents
* Conduct market research to stay informed about housing industry trends
About You
As a successful Home Sales Professional, you will be confident, approachable, and driven to succeed in a sales environment while providing an authentic client experience. You will possess:
* A strong track record in new home sales (experience is a MUST)
* Understanding of second dwelling regulations for granny flats (beneficial)
* Knowledge of current residential market trends
* Experience with KDR & renovation projects
* Proven success in converting leads into sales
* Knowledge of the building industry and architectural plans
* Ability to build great relationships
* Good IT system knowledge
* Availability to work weekends
