About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Customer Service Coordinator to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be certified in PADI Divemaster or Instructor, and possess the ability to multitask in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming clients and handling inquiries
* Manage bookings for snorkel and dive tours efficiently
* Support day-to-day retail sales and handle phone and email enquiries
* Assist on trips as a Divemaster or Instructor
* Perform general administrative tasks
Requirements:
* Certified PADI Divemaster or Instructor
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Calm and flexible with a proactive attitude
* A team player who thrives in a busy customer-facing environment
